Andrew founded Pompier+Partners in 2018, after a 30 year career in advertising & marketing. A strategist by training, his experience includes senior ad agency & client leadership roles in London, Los Angeles & Atlanta. 

Brand experience includes: Foster’s Lager, Miller Lite, British Telecom, Gillette, Royal London Insurance, Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars, Northwest Airlines, BellSouth, Russell Athletic, SunTrust Banks, Florida’s Natural Growers, Southeast Toyota, Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin‘ Donuts, & Costa Rica Tourism Bureau.

Outside consulting, Andrew lectures at Emory University, mentors two Atlanta start-ups & is a volunteer soccer coach. Andrew is married with three grown children. He enjoys tennis, road cycling & travel.

Mark Belot has 15 years of marketing experience working at top ad agencies across the US - including Fallon and McKinney.

Brand experience includes Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, PGA TOUR Superstore, TaylorMade-adidas golf, & Mizuno Golf where he led everything from strategic, brand-building to execution of traditional & non-traditional media tactics. 

Mark’s contributions have been recognized multiple times by Effie Worldwide for effective brand stewardship across multiple categories. 

Currently calling Atlanta home, Mark has lived on both coasts. He enjoys time with family (he and his wife are expecting their first child in June), cooking, exercise, being outdoors, traveling, surfing (when he can) and cheering on his beloved Kansas Jayhawks.
